We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Not the right fit for your cat? You have 30 days from delivery to return your order — even if your cat has already tried it.

• To start a return, email whiskrto@gmail.com with your order number.
• Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We offer returns for refund only. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
